Depression

Depression can present itself in a variety of different ways including:

  1. persistent feelings of sadness or emptiness
  2. diminished pleasure in activities
  3. weight loss or gain
  4. changes in sleep.
  5. feelings of guilt, hopelessness and/or worthlessness
  6. difficulty concentrating or making decisions
  7. suicidal thoughts and/or
  8. lack of motivation and energy

Everyone experiences some of these feelings or behaviours sometimes. However, when many of these symptoms are present and do not go away, then it’s time to get help.

Counselling and neurofeedback (More on Neurofeedback) are effective natural remedies that I offer for the treatment of depression.

Anxiety

People with anxiety experience a state of troublesome nervousness, worry, apprehension, panic and/or fear. Physical symptoms often accompany anxiety including heart palpitations, shortness of breath, sweating and/or pain in the abdomen. Some people are only anxious when facing particular scenarios such as in social circles or public speaking. Others experience feelings of anxiety with no obvious trigger. Anxiety can also present itself as recurring panic attacks, following a highly stressful event or as persistent and repetitive thoughts or behaviours.

Counselling and neurofeedback (More on Neurofeedback) are also effective natural remedies I offer for the treatment of diverse types of anxiety.

ADHD

For some, ADHD presents itself as only difficulties with concentration, organisation and completion of tasks. Others also have difficulties with restlessness and impulsivity. Regardless, neurofeedback is an effective, natural and revolutionary permanent treatment for ADHD that studies show has just as much success as medication (More on Neurofeedback).

Insomnia

Individuals with insomnia have difficulty either falling asleep at night, waking during the night unable to fall asleep again or waking early on a regular basis. I offer an effective treatment for insomnia to help people with sleeping problems that guides clients in making changes in their habits that will improve their sleep. Neurofeedback is also a highly successful treatment for insomnia. (More on Neurofeedback).
